ALFRED AU YONG
Having obtained his B.Sc in Operations and Logistics, Alfred Au Yong has got over 20 years in various industries. Started his corporate life in Hewlett-Packard for 7 years, he has since been in 3rd Party Logistics for Life Sciences, Chemicals, Electronics and FMCG. As a Certified Professional Logistician (CPL) and member of Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transportation Singapore, he went on to attain his Dangerous Goods (DG) Regulations certification from IATA and Certified Hazardous Material (Hazmat) Management from NEA.
Alfred Au Yong has involved himself in start-up and consultancy projects. Some of the start-ups he has experience with are Marine21.com, Axtreme Nexus, Recyclehub.com, Bluengine.
Having experienced in startups, Alfred has also gone on to mentor startups in NTU Ventures, SUTD and ACE. Alfred was an intrapreneur project lead for Sembcorp Logistics and Singapore Technologies. He has also done some technology and operations consultancy projects for Singpost, Schenker, Menlo, FJ Benjamin and DHL.

Connie Ang, MSc, Dip. IC (Inst. IC) is a certified image consultant. She founded Defining My Style, the image consultancy arm of TenStep Singapore, the local office of TenStep Inc, an international company that specialises in business methodologies, processes and project management.
Connie is passionate about image management and believes that to achieve full potential in life, one needs to project the right and best image of himself/herself to the world. She views image consulting as empowering and has seen the tremendous positive impact of an image change on the lives of many individuals.
Her coaching focuses on personal and professional image management and includes aspects of personal grooming, corporate dress sense, business communication and etiquette, business presentation skills, social graces, dining etiquette, and nutrition and fitness.

Wayne is an experienced Sales Professional with close to two decades of experience working with the largest and most successful MNCs, including Procter & Gamble, HP, IBM and Oracle.
His sales experience covers a broad spectrum of solutions, including infrastructure, Enterprise Applications and professional services. He has engaged in adding value to his customers, which span across the Financial Services, Telcos, Government, Education and HealthCare and Life Sciences sectors.
A firm advocate of the power of coaching, he is passionate about working with young people to realise their potential quickly.
